Job summary

Atoms is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own fleet management and device software for autonomous operations. You’ll shape real-time monitoring, routing, and production reporting, coordinating across hardware, software, and field teams.

Role requires field research in real environments, cross-functional leadership, and strong data-driven decision making. Onsite in SF with travel to customer sites, including international, is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management.
• End-to-end ownership of a software product in production.
• Experience with operational or fleet software.
• Experience with real-time status/telemetry, mapping, or dispatch workflows.
• Experience with multi-tenant products with user roles and permissions.
• Strong written communication across PRDs and customer material.

Responsibilities

• Own the fleet roadmap for web app and on-road version, with real-time monitoring and production reporting.
• Define per-machine device software interface for status, diagnostics, and logging.
• Own production reporting surfaces for site leadership to identify bottlenecks.
• Define scale requirements: multi-site, accounts, roles, and deployment configuration.
• Define shared platform vs market-specific components and data integrations.
• Prioritize requests, write requirements, and track delivery with engineering.
• Conduct field research with site leaders and field teams to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, field ops, customer success, safety, and training.
