Job summary

ATOMS is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead depot-level operations in our Dallas market. You will manage a team of Operations Managers and frontline staff to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-efficient service with a focus on standardization and continuous improvement.

In this onsite role, you will own market P&L inputs, drive efficiency, and collaborate with Recruiting, Growth, Finance, HR, and Strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive, hands-on operations leadership experience in fleet, rideshare, logistics, or another high-volume service environment.
• 3+ years leading people managers responsible for sites, depots, or facilities and large frontline teams (100+ employees).
• Proven track record developing frontline managers into independent operators.
• Multi-site or multi-facility operating experience with the ability to enforce a single standard.
• Proven ownership of cost performance against a budget with balance of growth, efficiency and quality.
• Measurable results improving operation metrics such as throughput, cost, safety or quality.
• Experience in safety-critical operating environments, including incident response and regulatory or labor compliance.
• Data-driven operator with fluency in performance metrics, forecasting and planning tools.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-changing environments; hands-on leadership with daily on-site engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience leading multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Standardize depot-level execution and continuous improvement across your market.
• Develop and mentor Operations Managers and Associates; build bench strength.
• Manage fleet availability, maintenance, and uptime.
• Ensure driver shifts are fulfilled based on forecasted supply hours.
• Maintain safety standards, incident response, and day-to-day compliance.
• Monitor cost performance against the approved budget and drive reductions where appropriate.
• Own depot performance and improve occupancy, NVA rates, and cancellations, where applicable.
• Lead playbooks and training to enable rapid expansion to new depots and markets.
