Job summary

Southern Orthodontic Partners seeks a Network Administrator to design, deploy, and maintain the networks and phone systems across its practices. You will manage LAN/WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, and imaging connectivity, while ensuring security and scalability as we add locations.

You’ll own telephony, including VoIP, SIP trunking, and office phone flows, and partner with cybersecurity on hardening and compliance. This role requires hands-on, organized leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of network administration experience across multi-site LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi.
• 3+ years of hands-on VoIP and business telephony experience.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki and/or Ubiquiti UniFi platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own design, standards, and documentation of the network across all practices and central team.
• Administer and support Cisco Meraki and UniFi environments and cloud management.
• Ensure network connectivity for x-ray/imaging equipment across practices.
• Plan network refreshes, site assessments, and cutover/lifecycle plans across sites.
• Own telephony, including VoIP platforms, SIP trunking, and calling features.
• Lead network migrations for new openings with minimal downtime.
