Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Manager of Material Services to oversee a multi-site, multi-shift warehouse operation. You will manage daily inventory transactions, shipping, and receiving while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety across all activities.

You will supervise Material Services Supervisors and Specialists, drive BMPs, and coordinate with other departments to meet internal customer needs. Strong leadership and aviation industry familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in a multi-site warehouse environment.
• 3+ years managing or supervising direct reports.
• Inventory Control experience required.
• Prior airline/aviation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Material Services Supervisors and Material Specialists in performing daily inventory transactions, shipping, and receiving duties.
• Manage workflow and workforce scheduling across multiple shifts.
• Develop and implement BMPs to meet internal customer expectations; monitor performance standards.
• Provide continuous training and cross-training opportunities for staff.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors to support daily operations.
