Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a multi-site warehouse environment; 2+ in materials; 3+ managing direct reports.
• Prior airline or related aviation experience preferred; inventory control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Material Services Supervisors and Material Specialists in daily inventory transactions, shipping, and receiving with regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate SMS activities; develop, implement, maintain, and integrate SMS across Frontier.
• Identify hazards, perform safety risk assessments, and ensure effectiveness of safety controls.
• Manage workforce scheduling across multiple shifts and monitor performance standards.
• Develop BMPs to meet/exceed internal customer expectations and provide ongoing staff training.
