Job summary

Frontier Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Material Services to oversee multi-site inventory, receiving, and issuing of multi-million-dollar assets. You will ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and accurate workflow across shifts. Strong leadership and aviation familiarity are essential.

The role requires coordinating with internal departments, supervising staff, and implementing best practices to meet performance goals while maintaining exceptional service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in a multi-site warehouse environment; 2+ years in a materials environment; 3+ years managing direct reports
• Prior airline/aviation experience preferred; inventory control experience required
• Valid driver’s license for SIDA badge driving privileges at DIA
• Ability to transport aircraft parts and tooling between hangar and flight line
• Escort delivery vehicles into SIDA-controlled areas and maintain compliance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SMS activities and safety risk assessments.
• Direct Material Services Supervisors and staff in daily inventory, shipping and receiving duties.
• Ensure personnel are trained and qualified; manage cross‑training and rotation.
• Develop BMPs and monitor departmental performance standards.
• Produce reports and maintain inventory accuracy across multiple stations.
• Leverage technology to improve efficiency and accuracy of transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to support daily operational requirements.
