Job summary

Frontier Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Material Services to oversee the workforce and processes for receiving, shipping, and issuing multi‑million‑dollar assets. You will ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance across inventory transactions in a multi‑site, multi‑shift environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain, 5+ years in a multi‑site warehouse, and 2+ years in people management. Experience in aviation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field is required.
• 5+ years in a multi-site warehouse environment with 2+ years supervising staff.
• Experience in airline or aviation field preferred.
• Inventory control experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License for SIDA badge driving privileges.

Responsibilities

• Direct Material Services Supervisors and Material Specialists in performing daily inventory transactions, shipping, and receiving duties and ensure regulatory compliance of all actions.
• Ensure personnel within the department are trained and qualified to perform assigned duties.
• Manage workflow and workforce scheduling across multiple shifts.
• Develop and implement BMPs that meet and exceed internal customer expectations.
• Provide continuous training and cross‑training opportunities to staff.
• Complete various metric and management reports along with Inventory Analyst.
• Maintain warehouses in showcase quality at all times.
• Implement technology to generate efficiencies and increased accuracy of all transactions.
• Direct supervision across shifts and roles up to Sr. Manager Materials Management duties.
