Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor in Temple, TX to lead daily maintenance tasks across properties, ensure unit turns meet quality standards, and respond quickly to service requests. You will oversee repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry, while promoting safety and excellent resident service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 3+ years in property management or related field, plus strong organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the maintenance team to ensure daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards are met.
• Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per Avenue5 Policy and Practices while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance as dictated by state guidelines.
• Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair.
• Proactive preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator and more.
• Ensure work orders are completed timely and meet resident satisfaction.
