Job summary

Partou UK is seeking a Lead Maintenance Partner to oversee maintenance services across nursery sites in the South regions, ensuring safe, compliant environments for children and staff. You will lead Maintenance Partners, escalate technical issues, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Requires a technical building maintenance qualification, driving licence, and health & safety training. You will manage contractors, maintain records, and contribute to budget-aware service delivery

Qualifications

Relevant technical qualification in building maintenance, engineering, or related trade.
Full UK driving licence.
Health & Safety awareness training (IOSH etc.).
PAT testing certification.
Asbestos training to undertake the annual reviews.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day maintenance across nursery sites across regions.
Lead and support Maintenance Engineers across regions.
Coordinate and manage contractors, ensuring safe systems of work.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and plan/update PPM schedules.
Provide cost-saving suggestions and minimise travel and costs.
