Job summary

Partou UK is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance across nursery sites in the South region. The role ensures safe, compliant and high-quality environments for children, staff and visitors while leading Maintenance Partners and acting as the first escalation point for technical issues.

You will manage operations, coordinate contractors, and perform hands-on tasks when required, with a focus on health and safety, Ofsted-readiness and cost-efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance records and support PPM scheduling and audits.
• Drive cost-conscious service delivery and year-on-year improvements.
