Job summary

Worthington Enterprises | Amtrol is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end logistics across its West Warwick facility and distribution network. You will drive safety, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and cross-site coordination with corporate teams.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in ERP/WMS/TMS, and a track record of reducing costs and improving service levels. Primary responsibilities include shipping/receiving, material flow, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, transportation management, inventory control, and material flow.
• Experience leading operations across multiple departments or locations preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, inventory-management, and production-planning systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics across the West Warwick facility, distribution warehouse operations, and supplier operations.
• Ensure finished goods are delivered on time and inventory accuracy is maintained.
• Manage carrier execution, freight cost management, and transportation performance.
• Drive safety, quality, compliance, and a culture of ownership across the logistics network.
• Coach and develop shipping, receiving, warehouse, and distribution staff across multiple locations.
