Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent logistics leadership experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping/receiving, transportation management, inventory control, and material flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping and receiving operations at the manufacturing facility and distribution activities across the warehouse network.
• Ensure finished goods are accurately picked, staged, loaded, shipped, and delivered in alignment with customer requirements and delivery dates.
• Establish priorities based on production schedules, demand, inventory, and transportation capacity.
• Partner with Planning, Operations and Commercial to prioritize customer requirements, including backlog recovery and expedited orders.
• Manage carrier execution and transportation performance, routing, freight utilization and cost management.
