Job summary

Galloway & Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead commercial land development projects across Florida.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations while guiding multidisciplinary teams through planning, permitting, and construction. The ideal candidate holds a PE license, has strong stormwater design experience with Florida regulations, and excels in client relationships and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license and Florida land development experience are required.
• Experience managing commercial land development projects in Florida.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, staffing and client expectations.
• Strong client management, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple land development projects in Florida, overseeing scope, budget, and schedule.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain clear communication throughout life cycles.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, permitting and construction.
• Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, consultants and contractors.
• Provide technical oversight for site development including grading, drainage and utilities.
• Review deliverables for quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with standards.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and work plans with senior leadership.
• Mentor engineers and designers and support professional growth.
• Support business development through client relationships and pursuit of opportunities.
• Travel as needed for meetings, pursuits and development activities.
