Job summary

Chamberlain Group, a global leader in intelligent access, is seeking an experienced Facilities Leader to develop and manage multi-site facilities programs and drive standardization across locations. You will assist the Facilities Director with strategy, budgeting, and capital planning while overseeing renovations and infrastructure upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management, Facilities Management, Construction, Property Management or related certifications.
• 8–10 years of relevant building management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale multi-site facilities operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, security systems and facilities software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-site facilities programs and drive standardization.
• Lead and oversee capital projects including renovations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning for multiple sites.
• Monitor KPIs such as cost per SF, uptime, PM/WO completion, and service levels.
• Ensure OSHA, NFPA, ISO compliance and lead emergency response planning.
• Communicate with executive leadership and external partners on operational needs.
• Lead a high-performance team and manage recruitment, development, and succession.
