Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• 3+ years in a senior field leadership role.
• Experience supervising self-perform labor and crews.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and in‑house labor.
• Ensure field operations meet or exceed schedule, safety, quality, and budget goals.
• Oversee project startup and closeout processes for consistency and excellence.
• Forecast and allocate manpower across multiple projects; coordinate with Project Managers.
• Maintain rigorous site safety standards; ensure OSHA and company compliance.
• Implement standardized field reporting, QC checklists, and safety docs.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and quality.
