Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. seeks a Director, Multi Line Risk Engineer to lead field surveys and risk assessments for auto, GL, property, and workers’ compensation. You will perform on-site and virtual surveys, analyze exposures, and deliver loss-prevention recommendations to underwriters and clients.

You will prepare presentations for serviced accounts, collaborate with brokers, and contribute as a potential SME on special projects. A strong safety background and insurer experience are key.

Qualifications

• Requires engineering/safety/risk management background or equivalent.
• 7+ years in safety-related role; property & casualty insurance experience desired.
• Designations such as ASP/CSP/CFPS/ARM are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual surveys assessing exposures and controls for multiple lines.
• Summarize findings in internal reports with loss improvement recommendations.
• Provide support to underwriters, policyholders, and brokers; assist with compliance.
