Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking a Director, Multi Line Risk Engineer to lead field surveys and provide risk management support for multi-line exposures, including auto, general liability, property and workers’ compensation.

The role combines on-site assessments with virtual surveys to drive loss control and underwriting guidance. You will summarize findings, develop loss-improvement recommendations, and present results to underwriters, brokers and policyholders, while contributing to

Qualifications

• Engineering, Safety, Risk Management or comparable degree/experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of industry experience in a safety-related role; property and casualty insurance experience highly desired.
• Possessing relevant professional designations such as ASP, CSP, CFPS, or ARM is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual/phone surveys of prospects and clients evaluating complex exposures and controls for auto, general liability products liability, property and workers compensation.
• Summarize findings in internal reports with appropriate loss improvement recommendations.
• Conduct multi line loss analysis.
• Provide support and recommendations to underwriters, policyholders, and brokers.
• Prepare and conduct presentations to serviced accounts.
• Participate in special projects and possibly become a Subject Matter Expert.
