Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking a Director, Multi Line Risk Engineer to lead field surveys across auto, general liability, products liability, property and workers’ compensation, using on-site and virtual methods to assess exposures and control adequacy.

You will compile findings into detailed reports with loss reduction recommendations and support underwriters, policyholders and brokers. You may present to serviced accounts and participate in special projects as a Subject Matter Expert.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Safety, Risk Management or comparable degree/experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in industry safety-related role; property and casualty insurance experience highly desired.
• Possessing relevant professional designations such as ASP, CSP, CFPS, or ARM is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual surveys evaluating complex exposures and controls for auto, general liability, products liability, property and workers compensation.
• Summarize findings in internal reports with appropriate loss improvement recommendations.
• Conduct multi line loss analysis.
• Provide support and recommendations to underwriters, policyholders, and brokers.
• Prepare and conduct presentations to serviced accounts.
• Participate in special projects and possibly become a Subject Matter Expert.
