Job summary

The role blends on-site evaluations with virtual/phone surveys to analyze operations, exposures and control adequacy, supporting profitability and safety performance. You will prepare internal reports with loss-improvement recommendations, provide underwriter and broker support, and deliver presentations to serviced accounts.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Safety, Risk Management or equivalent degree/experience required.
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience in a safety-related role; property and casualty insurance experience highly desired.
• Professional designations or certifications such as ASP, CSP, CFPS, or ARM are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual surveys evaluating complex exposures and controls for auto, general liability, products liability, property and workers' compensation.
• Summarize findings in internal reports with appropriate loss improvement recommendations.
• Conduct multi-line loss analysis.
• Provide support and recommendations to underwriters, policyholders, and brokers.
• Prepare and conduct presentations to serviced accounts.
• Participate in special projects and possibly become a Subject Matter Expert.
