Job summary

Chopine Analytic Solutions seeks a Senior Collection Manager at Fort Meade to lead multi-INT collection efforts in collaboration with IC partners. The role focuses on evaluating intelligence gaps, planning collection strategies, and producing reliable intelligence outputs.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate advanced statistics use (Matlab, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R) and hold a DoD/IC collection management course.

Qualifications

Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
Graduate of an in-residence DoD / IC collection management course.
Experience with statistics and analytical tools (Matlab, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R).

Responsibilities

Collaborate across the IC to identify intelligence gaps and evaluate multi-INT collection against requirements; plan and execute collection strategies.
Apply statistical, mining and visualization techniques to ISR data, manage large datasets, create visual reports and develop models.
Develop MOEs/MOPs to assess whether collection requirements are satisfied and provide feedback.
Demonstrate proficiency in statistics using Matlab, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R; graduate of a DoD/IC course.
Collaborate with CNMF, NSA X1/C/X3/X4 and other teams to synchronize collection activities and apply USSS architecture insights to CNMF workflows.
