Job summary

Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC seeks a Senior Collection Manager to lead cross-IC collaboration, oversee multi-INT collection plans, and drive data-driven insights to customers. The role emphasizes statistical analysis, modeling, and visualization of ISR data to support decision-making.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 12 years in collection management, a Master’s degree, and TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience as Collection Manager.
• Master's Degree required.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the IC to understand intelligence gaps and evaluate multi-INT collection effectiveness against requirements.
• Use statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques to analyze ISR data and produce visualizations and models.
• Develop methods to evaluate whether collection requirements are satisfied using MOEs and MOPs; provide feedback of findings.
• Conduct statistics with tools such as Matlab, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R; graduate of a DoD/IC collection management course.
