E&M Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Collection Manager to join our DIA support team in Fort Meade, MD. You will lead collection planning, coordinate across platforms, and provide time-critical recommendations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in military intelligence collection, DoD/IC collaboration, MOEs/MOPs experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly. This role offers challenging missions and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in collection management supporting military intelligence or cyberspace operations.
• Experience collaborating with collection management across the DoD or IC.
• Knowledge of MOEs, MOPs, and producing feedback of findings.
• Knowledge of USCYBERCOM structures and collection management authorities.
• Knowledge of all-source collection management systems, databases, and processes.
• Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence collection tools and databases.
• Graduate of an in-residence DoD/IC Collection Management Course.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to maintain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Help your client understand the Cyber mission environment.
• Coordinate and deconflict competing collection requirements across platforms.
• Provide time-critical recommendations as an authority on intelligence planning in Cyber.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
