Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in architecture.
• 6+ years leading large multi‑family or mixed‑use residential projects.
• Strong understanding of zoning and construction systems.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of multi‑family projects from design to delivery.
• Lead Project Architects and designers.
• Oversee code analysis and permitting strategy.

Skills

Leadership in architecture projects

Relationship management with clients

Understanding of building codes

Design software proficiency (Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam)

Education

5-year BArch or MArch degree
