Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in architecture.

• Experience managing project teams and client relationships.

• Proficiency in design and documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful execution of multi-family residential projects.
• Lead and mentor Project Architects and designers.
• Serve as the senior contact for developers and contractors.
• Oversee code analysis and permitting strategy.
• Collaborate with Operations for alignment.
