GFF, Inc. is seeking a Project Leader for the Multi-Use & Multi-Family Studio. You will guide architectural design from concept to construction while leading a team of designers, engineers, and consultants to deliver complex projects on time and to client standards.

You’ll bring a strong portfolio and 8+ years of architecture experience, including 5+ years in multifamily projects. Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp is required to coordinate across disciplines and ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.
• 8+ years of professional architecture experience with leadership.
• 5+ years in multifamily projects and wood-frame experience.
• Knowledge of codes, zoning, and construction phases.
• Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Lead design phases from concept to completion per client specs.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients for seamless execution.
• Develop design proposals, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Manage and mentor a team of architects promoting innovation.
• Oversee preparation of architectural documents and standards.
• Foster client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
