Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction on multi-family projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of construction schedule.
• Maintain construction schedule and weekly reports.
• Schedule and participate in all city inspections and utility inspections.
• Notify subcontractors and material suppliers in advance to assure deliveries.
• Review contracts including scope of work and payment schedule.
• Maintain purchase order information and files per policy.
• Enforce change order policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedules.
