Job summary

CSI Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to coordinate and supervise day-to-day field operations on commercial projects in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, manage schedules, and keep project teams aligned with plans, specifications, and budget.

Strong leadership, communication, and ability to read drawings are essential; OSHA 30 or higher preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of construction field supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of framing, exteriors and MEPs preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CM software and field reporting tools.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily jobsite activities and field personnel under Lead Superintendent.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specs, and codes.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project schedules.
• Monitor progress and address delays or conflicts.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and subcontractor coordination.
• Coordinate deliveries, staging, and site logistics.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular meetings and inspections.
• Monitor workmanship and coordinate inspections and testing.
• Maintain daily logs, track manpower and materials, and report updates.
