Job summary

Brayman Construction Corporation is seeking a Reporting Manager - Financial Reporting & Consolidation in Saxonburg, PA. You will own the consolidation process for operating and real estate groups, supervise multi-entity reporting, and drive external audit deliverables with a focus on GAAP adherence.

This federal contractor role requires strong technical accounting research, footnote disclosures, and coordination with lenders.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and footnote disclosures.
• Strong accounting research skills and ability to defend positions in memos.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and JV accounting.
• Detail-oriented with ownership of financial reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated financial statement preparation for operating and real estate groups, including intercompany eliminations and joint venture proportional consolidation.
• Oversee standalone entity financial statements for multiple entities and ensure lender/regulator compliance.
• Manage external audit deliverables, workpapers, and footnote disclosures (debt, leases, related parties, contingencies).
• Lead external reporting packages and compliance calculations, plus prequalification requirements for entities.
