Brayman Construction Corporation in Saxonburg, PA is seeking a Reporting Manager - Financial Reporting & Consolidation to own consolidated and standalone financial statements for a multi-entity group, including joint ventures, and to supervise external audit deliverables.

This technical, deadline-driven role requires deep GAAP knowledge, strong Excel and ERP system experience, and leadership of a finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA preferred; CCIFP a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Prior public accounting experience (Big 4 or large regional firm) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-entity consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and complex ownership structures.
• Experience with joint venture accounting including proportionate consolidation preferred. Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures in accordance with GAAP.
• Experience managing external audit deliverables for multi-entity organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the operating and real estate groups and standalone entities.
• Prepare consolidation workpapers, intercompany eliminations, and share of joint ventures adjustments.
• Ensure timely, accurate consolidation and footnote disclosures in GAAP.
• Oversee standalone financial statements for seven operating entities and 12 SPEs; ensure regulatory/commercial requirements are met.
• Serve as primary owner of external audit deliverables and manage audit workpapers.
• Prepare external reporting packages and covenant calculations; support prequalification requirements.
• Lead technical accounting research and memo preparation for complex transactions.
