Brayman Construction Corporation in Saxonburg, PA, seeks a Manager - Financial Reporting & Consolidation to lead the financial reporting and consolidation function for a multi-entity structure, ensuring accurate, timely GAAP-compliant statements.

You will own consolidation for operating and real estate groups, prepare footnotes, manage external audits, and drive technical accounting research in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA preferred; CCIFP a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Prior public accounting experience (Big 4 or large regional firm) strongly preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and complex ownership structures.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures in accordance with GAAP.
• Experience managing external audit deliverables for multi-entity organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated financial statements for operating and real estate groups.
• Prepare consolidation workpapers with intercompany eliminations and joint venture entries.
• Ensure timely GAAP-compliant financial statements for multiple entities.
• Oversee standalone financial statements for operating and SP entities.
• Manage external audit deliverables and audit workpapers.
• Lead technical accounting research and memos on complex transactions.
