Brayman Construction Corporation in Saxonburg, PA, is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead the Financial Reporting and Consolidation function, overseeing consolidated and standalone entity reporting within a multi-entity structure.

The role reports to the Director, owns external audit deliverables, technical accounting research, and the preparation of footnote disclosures, with responsibility for timely and accurate GAAP reporting across approximately 40 entities.

Qualifications

• GAAP financial reporting knowledge and accurate footnote disclosures.
• Strong technical accounting research skills.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations and complex ownership structures.
• Construction industry knowledge including percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for operating and real estate groups.
• Prepare consolidation workpapers and intercompany eliminations.
• Manage standalone financial statements for seven operating and 12 SP entities.
• Liaise with external auditors and deliver audit workpapers.
• Prepare footnote disclosures for debt, leases and contingencies.
• Develop external reporting packages and covenant calculations.
• Lead technical accounting research and memo preparation.
