Job summary

Kiewit Architectural & Engineering (KAE) seeks an experienced Architectural/Engineering Project Manager to lead complex design projects, including Federal, Healthcare, Nuclear, and Education facilities. You will oversee full lifecycle design efforts, coordinating engineers, architects, and specialists to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent).
10+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and design of building systems with progressive leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary design teams on complex building projects across phases from concept to construction support.
Manage client meetings, presentations and design reviews with public/private sector stakeholders.
Provide leadership on building systems integration and ensure codes/regulations compliance.
Mentor staff and collaborate with construction teams for design-build excellence.
Support business development, scope definition, and fee development for pursuits.
