Job summary

Kiewit Architectural & Engineering (KAE) seeks an experienced Architectural/Engineering Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary building projects across Federal & Government, Nuclear, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Sports Facilities & Stadiums, Transit & Aviation, and Education facilities.

This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of design efforts—from early concept through construction support—while leading integrated teams of engineers, architects, and technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related engineering field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in architecture, engineering, and design of building systems.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships.
• Experience in Federal, Healthcare, Nuclear, Education, Transit or Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams across mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Manage projects from concept through construction documents and support.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with construction teams for design-build delivery.
