Kiewit Architectural & Engineering (KAE) is seeking an experienced Architectural / Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary building projects across a diverse portfolio. This role oversees design efforts from concept through construction support with integrated teams of engineers, architects, and technical specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Structural Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and design of building systems with progressive project leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering and architecture teams.
• Experience in sectors: Mission Critical, Sports & Entertainment, Transit & Aviation, Education, Nuclear, Power.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams (mechanical, electrical, structural, architecture, civil, and specialty disciplines) on complex building projects.
• Manage projects through all phases: conceptual to construction support.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Ensure projects meet technical, quality, safety, constructability, and client expectations.
