Job summary

Kiewit Architectural & Engineering (KAE) seeks a seasoned Architectural/Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi‑disciplinary building projects across Federal & Government, Nuclear, Healthcare, Education, and other sectors. This role guides design teams from concept through construction, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.

The position requires 10+ years in building systems design with leadership experience, and a track record of budget, schedule, and client management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical/Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and design of building systems with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Experience with Design-Build/EPC delivery methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams on complex building projects.
• Manage projects through all phases from conceptual design to construction support.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure projects meet technical, quality, safety and client expectations.
