Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and equivalent experience.
8+ years in industrial maintenance with troubleshooting and repairs.
Proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electricals, PLC, welding and rigging; QEW certification.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot AC/DC/servo motor control systems and instrumentation.
Collaborate with production and other technicians to solve problems with reliability and urgency.
Document work records and prepare clear oral and written reports.
Conduct root-cause analysis on malfunctions and inefficiencies.
Drive plant and maintenance cost efficiencies and mentor junior staff.
Adhere to safety precautions and company procedures in all tasks.
