Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance to service, repair, and maintain process and utility equipment (e.g., vial washing machines, sterilization tunnels, capping/sealing equipment, filling equipment, conveyors, vision inspection machines, robotics).
• Improve equipment uptime, line efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness by troubleshooting and document actions.
• Troubleshoot mechanically, safely, and follow SOPs; document actions taken.
• Assist in setup/changeover of production line equipment; understand process features and parameters.
• Diagnose root causes quickly and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
