Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Lead Maintenance Planner & Scheduler for the Indiana operations. The role oversees maintenance planning and craft scheduling to ensure asset reliability in a cGMP-compliant environment, working with IBM Maximo, BMRAM, SAP PM or similar systems.

The position supports 24/7 operations at the Lilly Medicine Foundry in Indiana. Temporary location in Carmel, IN with permanent placement at Lebanon, IN; requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and willingness to

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance planning and scheduling experience in an FDA regulated industry.
Strong understanding of CMMS systems (IBM Maximo, BMRAM, SAP PM or similar).
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Safety – follow all HSE procedures, policies, permits, and practices and promote safety culture.
Quality – meet cGMPs and Global Quality Standards; ensure regulatory PMs are completed on schedule.
Planning & Scheduling Excellence – schedule maintenance, calibration, and repair work; maintain backlog and documentation; coordinate between customers and maintenance teams.
