Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) in Huntsville, AL seeks an experienced Multi-Cloud Engineer – SME to act as a senior technical authority and hands-on engineer.

You will design, deploy, and sustain cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and hybrid/on-prem environments, defining patterns, and advising leadership on multi-cloud strategy. You will build IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and secure cross-cloud connectivity, while mentoring engineers and guiding complex migrations and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of infrastructure and cloud engineering experience.
• Expert-level Azure and AWS experience in enterprise environments.
• IaC, automation scripts, and deployment pipelines using Terraform, Bicep/ARM, CloudFormation, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• Deep cloud networking with Azure VNet and AWS VPC, DNS, firewalls, hybrid connectivity.
• IAM, federation, RBAC, workload identities, secrets management.
• Kubernetes and container ecosystems deployment and troubleshooting.
• CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines with security integrations.
• Cloud monitoring, logging, incident response, DR.
• Strong Zero Trust, cloud security, resilience, and regulated environments.
• Clear technical documentation and mentorship.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the senior technical SME and hands-on engineer for multi-cloud capabilities across Azure, AWS, and hybrid/on-premises environments.
• Design, build, configure, deploy, test, troubleshoot, and sustain cloud infrastructure and integrations in production and non-production.
• Develop reference architectures and modular patterns for portability, interoperability, and security across clouds.
• Implement and maintain IaC using Terraform, Bicep/ARM, CloudFormation, Ansible, or equivalent tools.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and cloud-native apps with DevSecOps tooling.
• Design cross-cloud connectivity including VPCs, DNS, load balancing, and private connectivity.
• Configure IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and identity federation integration.
• Deploy, secure, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and container platforms.
• Develop hosting patterns for VMs, containers, serverless, DBs, storage, messaging, and API services.
• Perform root-cause analysis for infra and network incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Lead complex migration and modernization initiatives across hybrid-cloud environments.
• Forecast cloud service utilization, costs, and optimization strategies.
