Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered.
• 12+ years in infrastructure and cloud engineering roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure and/or AWS in hybrid-cloud architectures.
• Experience deploying and managing repeatable environments with IaC tools.
• Experience configuring cloud networking, DNS, firewalls, and private connectivity.
• Hands‑on IAM, least privilege, and security controls experience.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Linux and/or Windows administration with scripting skills.
• Experience with containerized apps and orchestration platforms.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission requirements into cloud designs spanning infra, apps, data, networks, and security.
• Develop solution architectures, diagrams, migration plans, and roadmaps.
• Provision, test, and troubleshoot cloud infra and platform services.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or CloudFormation.
• Configure cloud networking, IAM, DNS, and connectivity between cloud and on‑premises.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for infra and app deployments with automated testing and security checks.
• Deploy and support containerized workloads and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS).
• Create architecture diagrams, runbooks, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps and security teams to enforce Zero Trust and observability.
