Job summary

O3 Solutions seeks a Sr. Cloud Engineer to design, build, and operate our Azure‑based cloud infrastructure, with AWS/GCP exposure. You will drive architectural decisions, implement IaC pipelines, and lead CI/CD practices in an Agile environment.

You will manage identity, security, and cost, and mentor others while shaping the platform’s evolution across multi‑region deployments. Strong automation skills and collaboration with security teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of cloud engineering experience with architectural input.
• Hands-on Azure expertise with PaaS and IaaS fundamentals.
• Expert in IaC using Terraform or OpenTofu with reusable modules.
• Strong CI/CD experience for infrastructure delivery (Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Experience scaling production workloads: autoscaling, load testing, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
• Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes with migration capability.
• Identity and network fundamentals: Entra ID, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, network security.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Go, or C# for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure, with AWS/GCP as needed.
• Propose technical direction for cloud platform and carry it to execution.
• Build and maintain IaC pipelines using Terraform/OpenTofu with reusable modules.
• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable delivery in Agile teams.
• Manage identity, access, and security controls including Entra ID and zero-trust concepts.
• Design platform on Azure PaaS and managed services; patching, backup, DR.
• Handle capacity planning, autoscaling, and multi-region design with cost awareness.
• Implement monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Grafana, SIEM) for reliability.
• Lead security reviews integrated into IaC and CI/CD; mentor engineers on best practices.
