Job summary

Space Screw Inc. is seeking a seasoned CAM Programmer to translate complex prints into flawless parts using Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, and Parts Maker.

The role covers full workflow from roughing to final inspection on Haas multi-axis mills and lathes, including 5-axis and live-tooling mill-turns, with a focus on high-speed machining and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has hands-on programming and setup experience, strong GD&T interpretation, and the ownership mindset to drive parts

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in CAM programming or equivalent
• Proficient in interpreting complex blueprints and GD&T
• Hands-on setup and operation of Haas multi-axis mills and lathes
• Experience with high-speed machining and tooling selection
• Ownership mindset from part concept to inspection

Responsibilities

• Program and support machining of precision parts across CNC platforms.
• Apply GD&T to interpret blueprints and guide inspection.
• Set up, operate, and change over Haas mills/turns to meet schedule and quality.
• Apply Lean/5S to maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Troubleshoot toolpaths and offsets during production.
• Perform in-process and final inspection using measurement tools.
• Maintain equipment and documentation of improvements.
