PartsBadger seeks a CAM Programmer to join a small, fast-paced team dedicated to supporting our customers. The role focuses on 3+2 CAM programming in Fusion 360 for automated manufacturing within our FastLane program and high-mix, low-volume workflow.

You will be the technical expert on the team, ensuring programs meet best practices for first-part success, while collaborating to streamline processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAM programming in multiple software packages.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• 3+ years machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and edit CAM programs in Fusion 360.
• Program and edit Keyence IM tooling.
• CAD modeling and detail-oriented troubleshooting.
• Participate in team meetings and testing of new methods.
• Order tooling and materials as needed.
