Job summary

Space Screw Inc is seeking a highly skilled CAM Programmer to translate complex prints into flawless parts across CNC platforms. You’ll apply GD&T, build efficient toolpaths in Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, and Parts Maker, and optimize for high-speed machining on Haas multi-axis mills and lathes.

Lead continuous improvement using Lean/5S principles, perform inspections with mechanical tools, and support both R&D iterations and production runs. ISO9001/AS9100 familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ CAM programming and setup experience.
• Proficiency with Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, and Parts Maker.
• Experience with 5-axis milling and live-tool lathes.
• Ability to apply GD&T to complex blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Program and directly support machining of precision parts on multiple CNC platforms.
• Set up, operate, and change over Haas multi-axis machines.
• Optimize toolpaths and offsets; lead continuous improvement.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks.
