Job summary

Trillion Technology Solutions, Inc in Reston, VA seeks an experienced software engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade multi-agent systems for commercial and federal customers. You will work across LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith to implement robust agent loops, retrieval architectures, and ground ontologies.

You will connect agents to enterprise tools via MCP and A2A, steward memory and tool usage, and take systems from prototype to production with CI/CD and secure coding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years software engineering with at least 4 years building LLM-powered applications.
• Hands-on production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith.
• Designing agentic loops, tool calling, memory, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience implementing several RAG variants (Agentic, Adaptive, GraphRAG, Cache RAG/CAG).
• Experience designing ontologies or knowledge graphs for retrieval/reasoning.
• Strong context engineering and prompt design for complex agent workflows.
• Experience building/integrating MCP servers/clients; A2A protocol knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python, REST/gRPC APIs, and asynchronous programming.
• Understanding LLM failure modes and mitigations.

Responsibilities

• Agent development and orchestration across single and multi-agent apps.
• RAG: agent-driven query planning and retrieval strategies.
• Ontologies, context engineering, and knowledge graphs for grounding reasoning.
• Interoperability: MCP/MCP servers and A2A protocol integration.
• Engineering and delivery: production-grade code, tests, CI/CD.
