Job summary

Trillion Technology Solutions Inc. seeks an engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade multi-agent systems for federal and commercial customers. The role emphasizes LangChain ecosystems, MCP, A2A, and robust agent loops.

You will translate complex workflows into scalable architectures, implement retrieval-augmented generation, and ensure safe, observable operation in production across tools and knowledge graphs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience with 4+ years building LLM-powered apps.
• Hands-on production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
• Proficiency in Python, REST/gRPC APIs, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience designing agent loops, memory, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience implementing several RAG variants and evaluating quality.
• Experience building ontologies or knowledge graphs for retrieval/reasoning.
• Strong context engineering and prompt design for complex workflows.
• Experience with MCP servers/clients and A2A protocols.

Responsibilities

• Build single- and multi-agent applications with LangChain/LangGraph, including stateful graphs and supervision patterns.
• Engineer robust agent loops with termination, retry, guardrails, and budgets.
• Tune iteration depth, tool-calling strategy, memory handling, and state persistence.
• Use LangSmith for tracing, debugging, prompt and dataset management, and automated evaluation.
• Design and optimize Agentic RAG, Adaptive RAG, GraphRAG, and Cache-augmented generation strategies.
• Develop domain ontologies and knowledge graphs to ground agent reasoning.
• Build MCP servers/clients and A2A patterns for secure enterprise data access.
• Write production-quality Python with tests, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
