EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our software, systems and test engineering group. You will design and develop agentic and multi-agent AI systems at scale, focusing on production-grade applications using LangChain and LangGraph.

You will contribute to RAG evaluation methods and manage vector databases. Collaboration across teams will be essential to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Formación

• Interest in designing and developing agentic AI systems and multi-agent systems.
• 5+ years of Python programming experience.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud platforms.
• Background in data science or data engineering methodologies.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures and machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with RAG evaluation and vector databases.
• Willingness to contribute to scalable and production-grade AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience or coursework in software, system or test engineering environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• B2+ level English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design of agentic AI systems and multi-agent systems at scale.
