Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a MuleSoft Integration Architect to lead enterprise integration initiatives remotely for U.S.-based clients. You will design, implement, and govern API-led integration patterns across cloud, on-prem, and SaaS ecosystems, guiding teams and stakeholders to successful outcomes.

You will work with a strong MuleSoft toolkit, mentor engineers, and contribute to scalable architecture while aligning with enterprise governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise integration with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong understanding of API-led architecture, SOA, and event-driven patterns.
• Experience architecting integrations across cloud, on-prem, SaaS, databases, and third-party systems.
• Deep knowledge of MuleSoft components: API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, Design Center, Anypoint Studio.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and middleware integrations.
• Solid security, authentication, authorization, and API governance knowledge (OAuth, JWT).
• Able to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Track record of technical leadership and driving project outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree + MuleSoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions.
• Define integration architecture standards and roadmaps aligned with strategy.
• Provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle.
• Design and implement integrations across cloud, on-prem, and SaaS environments.
• Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and compliance of integrations.
• Mentor developers and integration engineers in best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams and maintain alignment with US business hours.
• Support project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
