Qualifications

• 7+ years in design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of MuleSoft APIs.

Responsibilities

• Understand Business Requirements and assess technical challenges/feasibility.
• Own production support for APIs including incident management and resolution.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
• Design API layers, data model and specifications.
• Develop APIs using MuleSoft components (API Manager, CloudHub, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, Anypoint MQ).
• Provide technical leadership and establish MuleSoft engineering standards and best practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate API development, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Ensure observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting.
