Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Senior Developer in the US to design, implement, and govern APIs and integrations across client projects. You will lead technical work, review code, and mentor engineers through the full lifecycle from requirements to production support.

You will work with Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, and API Manager while applying security, testing, and governance best practices. Travel may be necessary to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with OAuth, JWT, TLS, API security, test automation, logging, monitoring, and performance or reliability troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 4 years hands-on MuleSoft development with Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio, Mule Runtime, DataWeave, REST and SOAP services.
• Minimum of 3 years implementing API-led connectivity and using Anypoint API Manager, Runtime Manager, MUnits, Design Center, Exchange, and Anypoint Monitoring.
• Minimum of 3 years with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, Agile delivery, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Minimum of 2 years deploying integrations on MuleSoft CloudHub or Runtime Fabric.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with AI/GenAI tools for productivity and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support reusable MuleSoft APIs and integrations following API-led connectivity.
• Implement System/API/Experience APIs using Anypoint Platform and related tools.
• Create technical specs, contribute to design reviews, and support architects.
• Serve as senior technical contributor, conduct code reviews, mentor juniors, promote best practices.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests and ensure standards for security and governance.
• Support CI/CD, releases, environment promotion, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams across regions.
• Use AI/GenAI to accelerate development while validating AI-generated artifacts.
